In addition to its own funding initiatives, the IMPACT Chair is also involved in co-funding dissertation and postdoctoral research topics as part of the PEPR DIADEM doctoral and postdoctoral program, which aims to promote innovative training focused on the “accelerated discovery of materials for major transitions.”

This program is structured around three objectives:

• Promote cooperation through the co-construction of dissertation and postdoctoral research topics with associated international partners

• Prepare doctoral students to embark on their professional careers through highly recommended mobility

• Develop and/or strengthen international collaborations in a highly competitive field

And is at the heart of major transitions by focusing on three main themes:

• Energy Transition

• Digital Transition

• Medicine of the Future

The subjects are co-constructed with the PEPR DIADEM pilots, French laboratories, DIADEM acceleration platforms, international and industrial partners

A network of international partners based on existing collaborations with CEA and CNRS

Doctoral and post-doctoral scholarships are awardrd bu the PEPR DIADEM and CEA PTC-MP via the IMPACT Chair in a 50%-50% co-funding ratio.
